Are prices negotiable?
No. Every project is scoped, priced, and agreed to in writing before work begins. Fixed pricing means no surprises for either of us — and no renegotiating mid-project.
Do you do hourly work?
No. Hourly billing creates misaligned incentives. Slow work costs you more. Everything we do is fixed-price and defined in the proposal before work starts.
What's included in the monthly retainer?
Hosting, security updates, software maintenance, performance monitoring, and technical support. The specific scope is defined in your service agreement. Nothing is vague or billable on top.
Can I start with lead recovery and add CRM and automation later?
Yes. The Lead Recovery System is designed to stand on its own. Most clients layer in automation and pipeline tracking within 3–6 months of launch, once lead volume increases and the follow-up gap becomes visible.
What if I want to cancel the monthly retainer?
Retainers are month-to-month after the first 3 months. You own everything that was built — the systems, the automations, the integrations. Nothing is held hostage or deactivated.
