Every project follows the same four steps. Nothing moves forward until the previous step is done and confirmed in writing. No scope surprises, no mid-build pivots, no invoices you didn't see coming.
We review your current website, tools, and lead workflow. You get a written report with prioritized findings, a recorded video walkthrough, and a 60-minute live review call. The audit tells you which gaps are costing the most and what to fix first — before we touch a line of code or configure a single automation.
Most contractors start here. The $750 fee is credited toward any build package you start within 60 days.
After the audit, we put together a fixed-price proposal with itemized deliverables and a realistic timeline. You know exactly what you're getting, exactly what it costs, and exactly how long it takes — before any work begins.
No work starts until the proposal is signed and the project scope is confirmed in writing. No assumptions. No verbal agreements that become disputes later.
We build and configure everything on the agreed schedule. You get visibility into progress without being buried in it — review checkpoints are built into the timeline so you can approve before anything goes live.
Most builds run 3–10 weeks depending on scope. Website builds are on the shorter end; full infrastructure projects with CRM integration, automation, and dashboard configuration are on the longer end.
We launch and stay on as your operations partner. The monthly retainer covers hosting, maintenance, security monitoring, performance optimization, and technical support. Systems get tuned over time as your business changes — a new service area, a new service line, a follow-up sequence that needs adjusting.
You're not handed a website and left to manage it. This is an ongoing relationship, not a one-time project.
